HeartLib protocols for identifying and preventing Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)

HeartLib maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy toward Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), child exploitation, grooming, or any activity involving minors.

Our platform is intended exclusively for adults aged 18 years and older who are seeking genuine relationship and matchmaking services.

Before any individual can join HeartLib, they are required to read and expressly agree to our Community Guidelines, Acceptable Use Policy, and Terms of Service. These policies prohibit any content, communication, or behaviour involving child sexual abuse, exploitation, grooming, or the sharing, solicitation, or promotion of CSAM.

Adult-Only Platform

HeartLib is restricted to users aged 18 years and older. Users must agree to our Community Guidelines and Terms of Service before accessing the platform.

Mandatory Community Guidelines

Our Community Guidelines explicitly prohibit Child Sexual Abuse Material, child exploitation, grooming, and any attempt to involve minors in platform activities. Any violation is grounds for immediate account termination.

User Reporting

Members can report any content, profile, or behaviour they believe violates our policies. Reports relating to child safety receive immediate priority review.

Administrative Review and Enforcement

Credible reports are promptly investigated. Accounts found to be involved in prohibited conduct are permanently removed from the platform. Where required by law, relevant information is preserved and appropriate authorities are notified.

Cooperation with Law Enforcement

HeartLib cooperates with valid legal requests from authorised law enforcement agencies concerning child safety and complies with applicable legal obligations regarding the reporting and investigation of child exploitation.

Ongoing Review

HeartLib regularly reviews and strengthens its Trust & Safety policies and Community Guidelines to help protect users and prevent misuse of the platform.

HeartLib is committed to maintaining a safe environment for adult users and does not permit any activity involving minors or any form of child sexual exploitation on its platform.
